I am a MOE Chinese teacher with five years of experience teaching in secondary schools. I take pride in my strong content knowledge, responsibility, and ability to deliver lessons clearly and concisely. I am well-versed in the current syllabus and capable of conducting oral coaching across all levels (HCL, G3, G2, G1, and CLB), with a particular focus on HCL and G3 CL. I am patient and able to relate well to students.
I have also been appointed as an examiner for national exams and am currently teaching in MOE schools. I have been with MOE from 2018 to the present and am NIE PGDE trained. I have taught graduating classes in HCL, G3, G2, and G1. Here are the results of my graduated classes:
•2022: 4 Normal (Academic) students excelled in the O Level Chinese exam, achieving a 100% pass rate, 44% distinction, and a mean subject grade of 2.4.
•2023: Sec 3 HCL students in the year-end O Level Chinese exam achieved a 100% pass rate, with 65% attaining distinctions and a mean subject grade of 1.95.
• 2024: Successfully helped tutee improve from a C6 in Sec 3 to a B3 in the O Level exam within 6 months.
•2024-2025: Tutored two students from Secondary 1 to Secondary 2. One student improved from a B4 to a B3 in Chinese, while another made remarkable progress from an E8 to a C6.
