Your Role:

• Connect with Parents: Call parents to understand their tuition needs.
• Find the Right Tutor: Use our user-friendly in-house website to match parents with the perfect tutor from our database.
• Manage the Process: Follow up on payment status and provide excellent customer service as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Prior experience in coordinating tuition or a similar role is highly preferred. While we can share some basic sales tactics, having a natural flair or experience in sales will make the role more fulfilling and help you succeed. Training will be minimal and focused primarily on using our in-house system.
• Personality: Friendly, cheerful, and great with people. You should be comfortable using the internet and thrive with minimal supervision.
• Availability: Be flexible to pick up calls when an assignment starts, be available when customers return calls, and ensure you return calls promptly. The rest is up to you!
• Qualification: Minimum GCE 'A' level certificate or diploma equivalent.
